  • Consultation and visit of the property
  • Home Staging with SMC furniture, rental for 1 month included (extra charges per week apply)

Interior photography
  • I offer this additional service as quality and clear photos are extremely important when selling a house as these will speak to potential buyers.

Please note that repairs and improvements of the property are not included in the packages and will be charged separately upon request.
